Andrea received her MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and her BA in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to business school, Andrea worked as a Program Officer for the Hispanic Scholarship Fund and also taught GMAT and SAT classes for The Princeton Review. She interned at Amazon.com in product marketing and currently works in market intelligence at The Clorox Company. She specializes in working with diversity candidates, career switchers and applicants interested in marketing.

Garron received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He received a BA in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia. Prior to business school, he worked as a Marketing Associate for Lucent Technologies in Germany, and as an International Trade Analyst and Speechwriter at the Embassy of Korea in Washington DC. After business school, he has worked as a strategy consultant for McKinsey & Company and the OTF Group, completing projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He specializes in working with international applicants and those with consulting backgrounds.

Hugh received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his BA in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Prior to business school, Hugh worked as an Executive Recruiter in the banking industry, and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Nicaragua. Post-MBA, his experience has been in investment banking in South America. He specializes in assisting applicants with non-traditional backgrounds, and those interested in finance.
